Pre-Planned Itinerary

Hourly-detailed itineraries designed to cover from 1–2 days before the event through to the day after. They include guidance on accommodation, activities, and transport. Reservation handling is available at an extra fee.

Includes:

  1. Pre-planned itinerary of 12 hours per day

  2. Hotel suggestions

  3. 3 restaurant recommendations

  4. Activities in Basel before and after the event

Important Dates

  • Deadline to request a quote: October 24, 2025

  • Deadline to confirm reservation: October 29, 2025

Cancellation and Change Policy

  • Packages 1 & 2: No cancellations accepted.

  • Package 3: Cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the trip via email, with partial refund.

  • Changes subject to availability and without prior notice.
